What was posted

4 reviews - 3 years ago Apparently the hygienists in this office reserve the right to parent your child. I am appalled by the way my 6 year old, ADHD child was treated today. He sat and cooperated for all of the appointment except the floride at the end, and they just used a different application so he did get it done. This is a huge improvement from previous appointments when he was too scared to let them do anything. And we decided not to do x-rays because he was genuinely scared. So at the end of the appointment the kids usually get a bouncy ball (my son was very excited about this, he loves them) but the hygienist told him he couldn't have one because of his behavior!! I kindly told her that as his mother I would like to be the one to make that decision. They still refused and one hygienist even insulted me for wanting to "reward that kind of behavior".

What actually happened
