Three Profiles, One Fabricated Story

She created 3 different (but extremely similar) google profiles to report a slandering story that we continued to pull teeth after she had a seizure. She said we pulled good teeth that could have been saved.
All other dentists had given up on her and told her she needed all of her teeth pulled and needed dentures. She was young and wanted to try to save what could be saved. We pulled the teeth that were hopeless and saved quite a few others. We made her replacement teeth choosing the only option that Medicaid would cover (there are better options but not covered by Medicaid, so she declined those other options). A few years later (she did not follow our recommendations to continue regular checkups and maintenance) she returned to the office without an appointment and demanded to see the doctor. She was told she needed an appointment. She responded “my new dentist wants to pull all of my teeth and your doctor is the only one who will help me!”. She had dental coverage through Medicaid which our office was no longer contracted with, so we did not see or treat her. She posted 3 different 1-star reviews, each under different variations of the name “[redacted]” stating that we pulled good teeth or that she had a seizure in the office and we kept pulling out more teeth. Totally untrue.
Extremely upsetting and no way to defend ourselves. Reported to Google but they did nothing (both dentists and the manager - we all reported it to Google).
We tried to remove it but to no avail. We considered a cease and desist letter but felt that it would upset her more leading to more new Google profiles and more bad false reviews. We considered calling her and offering to do free work but our attorney advised us that it would only put us at risk.
