She Named Me Everywhere—and I Had No Way to Defend Myself

Pt said that I was the reason she didn’t want to come back to the practice and that we were doing sketchy things with pay, appointments, rescheduling but lying etc.
She originally said she was upset because the doctor had removed a failing implant and didn’t want to pay for it. I asked her what I could do to help and she stated she just wanted to be heard and continues to say she hopes we can sleep at night taking advantage of people.
It took an emotional toll on myself, the doctor and anyone that had to see them. They are a very high needs patient so anyone seeing them has to be on edge. The review mentioned me by name on multiple platforms. With my name being unique it’s really been humiliating and disruptive to how comfortable I am at work. I’ve never had a bad review until then.
Yes I tried to contact the platform however nothing was done about it.
