He spam-posted everywhere — including the BBB — claiming we refused to repair dentures we had made after they broke two years after delivery. It's the reason I have a 1-star on Yelp, and he posted the same on Healthgrades and a few other sites.
The dentures broke two years after delivery, and he admits in his own posts to doing his own work on them, which voids the lab warranty. He didn't come in promptly for evaluation, and when he did he was vulgar, profane, and belligerent — I had to call police to have him removed, and I issued a formal dismissal, one of the only times in a career of over 20 years. His posts omit all of this.
A permanent 1-star Yelp rating I can't remove, reputational damage across several sites, and a situation that required police involvement in my office.
The BBB removed the post once we cited the police report. The others remain. I don't solicit Yelp reviews and have no way to remove or fix it, and I can't respond due to HIPAA.
